3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery: Cost or mention if free above a certain order value Free for orders over 500

  • Expedited delivery: Cost if available

  • Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote or out-of-service areas.


4. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real time.


5. Delivery Policy

  • We strive to deliver your order within the 1-3 business days.

  • A delivery attempt will be made twice; if unsuccessful, the order will be canceled, and applicable charges may apply.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address.


6. Missing or Delayed Deliveries If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@nicetraders.store with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive an order that is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Provide pictures of the damaged or incorrect items, along with your order details.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@nicetraders.store and send your item to:

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
